The Satisfied Frog in Cave Creek, AZ has been closed since February of 2008. The Frog, as it was known was the home of Black Mountain Brewing Company and Cave Creek Chili Beer. In 2010 a new Satisfied Frog on Bell opened and is owned by Dave and Debbie Lafave who were long time employees of the original Frog in Cave Creek. The menu at the new Frog mimics the original menu plus adding some unique new items. Fried Chicken and Strawberry Shortcake are two of the items now featured at the Frog on Bell.

Cave Creek Chili Beer is now made in a brewery located in Tecate, MX and is shipped worldwide.

Maria and Crazy Ed, the original owners and creators of the Satisfied Frog, are consultants for the new operation. For some great old fashioned comfort food drop by either the Satisfied Frog on Bell or Kid Chilleen's Bad Ass BBQ and Steakhouse in Black Canyon City,AZ Which is owned by Scott and Donna Chilleen, Crazy Ed's Son. Two great restaurants carrying on a 50 year plus tradition.
